As reported earlier, Charice will sing the National Anthem. Accompanying her will be the Madrigal Singers and the Philippines Philharmonic Orchestra at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila for the historic inauguration of President-elect Benigno Aquino III Wednesday afternoon  June 30, 2010,

I think it is just befitting to get Charice to sing on that day because Charice is one of the symbol why there is genuine hope for the Philippines. Di ba were divided because of our ethnicity..some Ilocano..some visaya etc etc ..but if we all unite for a cause ....like what Chasters have done for Charice because we believe in Charice and her talent..it will be triumphant.. We can also do that to our country..if we will all just unite for our country and care for its citizen despite of our ethnic language differences and break that barriers and hopefully in our lifetime we will see that Philippines is as successful as Charice is now...
